Chalukyadynastin was ruled from Badami

Chalukyadynastin ruled Western India from the 600th century to the 12th century. De controlled what today is called Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra (Bombay), Telangana and parts of Andhra Pradesh.

This is all about Hindu and Jainistic temples. I will not tell you about all the different hinduan isms that been followed in the past and today, hardly more than the names of some of the most known gods. Nothing about the nine incarnations of Vishnu. I have listened to this knowledge in broken English and read some bought books. There are better storytellers about religion than me.

Please read also my short texts about Hinduism and Jainism, totally based on the texts of Wikipedia. Can more than a biljon Hindus and Jainists be wrong? Violence is wrong! Although Indian soldiers in their army can use rather tough violence against the terrorists, especially in the Eastern parts of India, who hurt the country. But the man is no holy cow, or?

Map from Wikipedia.
Vi visited temples in Aihole, Pattadkallu (Pattadakal) and the cave temples outside Badami.

Also visit the links to the films of the Cave Temples in Badami from different persons on YouTube:
